We use the most advanced carpet cleaning system, equipment and solutions. These units provide unrivaled cleaning power and deep-down suction to remove ground-in soil and revive your carpet's appearance.
Our cleaning starts with a thorough vacuuming of the entire area, followed by a pre-spray treatment to break up dirt and other residues, followed by a deep scrub. The result of the clean is absorbed by our powerful system, leaving your carpet almost dry.
To keep your carpet clean, it's necessary to vacuum often with a quality and properly-filtered vacuum cleaner. However, due to normal wear and tear, carpet fibres eventually become dirty, and making the carpet look dull.
Hot Extraction, and how it works
Though it is comonly called Steam Cleaning, no actual steam is involved in the HWE cleaning process, apart from steam that may escape incidentally from hot solution. When the cleaning solution comes into contact with the carpet or rug, it is anywhere between 120 and 250 degrees farenheight according to the heat available from the heating unit.It does not wear down the fibres of the carpet, it cleans deep and leaves no residue behind to attract soil to a recently cleaned carpet. When done correctly, it leaves your carpet cleaner - a deeper clean that will last longer.
The typical cleaning method involves a preconditioning of the soiled surface with a special ingredient agent, followed by light agitation with a grooming brush and appropriate dwell time. Next, the surface is passed over several times with a cleaning tool (either manual or automatic) to thoroughly rinse out the preconditioner and, using an acetic acid solution, lower the pH of the fibres to a neutral state. Finally, the surface is dried sufficiently to avoid any possibility of saturation.
Get it Right - First Time
The first technique applied to a stain has the best chance of removing it. If the wrong technique or product is used this limits any further attempts made to remove the stain.
